Kim Esmores serves as a Legal Assistant at our firm, where she combines her extensive bookkeeping experience and deep understanding of the local community to provide comprehensive support to our tax law practice.

Drawing from her background as a Saipan Tribune journalist, Kim maintains strong connections within the local community. She brings a thorough understanding of the local economic landscape to her role. Her experience covering business developments, regulatory changes, and economic policies enables her to anticipate and address our clients’ evolving needs.

What sets Kim apart is her hands-on experience in bookkeeping and business tax compliance. Through her work with various local businesses, she has managed critical financial responsibilities including payroll processing, Business Gross Revenue Tax (BGRT) computation, and both quarterly and federal withholding tax submissions. This practical experience allows her to understand the day-to-day challenges our clients face in maintaining tax compliance.

Her expertise extends to workforce compliance and immigration matters, assisting with processing numerous CW-1 petitions. As a Legal Assistant, she leverages this experience to provide comprehensive support for both tax and employment compliance requirements, particularly within the unique regulatory environment of the CNMI.

Kim’s commitment to clear communication and client service is evident in her diverse professional background. As an ESL instructor and former public service professional, she excels at helping clients understand complex legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring they feel supported throughout their engagement with our firm.

In her role, Kim combines bookkeeping precision with legal administrative expertise to support our legal and accounting team in delivering practical, solution-focused legal guidance. She understands that effective tax law services require both technical accuracy and a genuine understanding of our clients’ business operations and challenges.
